Job Description:
Sir Paints a Lot is seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our team on various residential painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. As an Experienced Painter, you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting work, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and applying primer.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure all painting work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain a flawless finish.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Manage and care for painting equipment and materials.
- Uphold safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.
- Conduct final inspections and touch-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
